Bringing Lauren Dane’s business to life through

Brand Photography

Lauren Dane is someone who instantly puts people at ease. She specialises in providing fitness and nutritional support to women through pregnancy, motherhood and beyond, offering calm, informed and compassionate guidance every step of the way. As a mum who experienced two very different births, Lauren has felt first-hand the physical and emotional shifts that women go through. That lived experience sits at the heart of her work, alongside safe, evidence-based and judgement-free support for every woman she works with.

This brand shoot was all about creating imagery that reflected Lauren’s warmth, knowledge, expertise and approachability, while giving her a strong visual presence online through thoughtful brand photography for her business.

The Brief

Lauren needed a bank of images that truly represented who she is and how she works. Her philosophy is simple and grounded: humans are designed to move, and everyone can find a form of movement that suits their body. When it comes to nutrition, she believes in eating in a way that’s as close to nature as possible, favouring whole, unprocessed foods that support long-term health.

The brief was to show both sides of her work – movement and nourishment – in a way that felt real, relatable and easy to connect with. The images would be used across her website and marketing, helping her reach more women looking for support they can trust. This is exactly where well-planned brand photography for your business makes such a difference.

The Challenge

We worked across two carefully chosen locations to tell the full story of Lauren’s work. The first was her well-equipped home gym just outside Tunbridge Wells.  Here we set up a fitness session with a couple of willing friends. This allowed us to capture a wide variety of exercises and movements, from strength work to mobility and stretching, showing the inclusive and adaptable way Lauren teaches.

For the second day, we moved to a beautifully styled home where we photographed Lauren cooking alongside her two-year-old daughter. These images were all about connection, care and everyday life, gently demonstrating that it’s never too early to inspire curiosity about food and cooking.

Throughout both days, a lot of thought went into clothing, colours and styling. Soft, natural tones helped create a warm and welcoming feel, keeping everything aligned with Lauren’s brand and personality.

The Result

The finished gallery feels open, honest and full of life, just like Lauren herself. From the energy of the home gym to the quiet moments in the kitchen, the images show a business built on knowledge, kindness and genuine support.

This project is a lovely example of how brand photography for your business can do more than simply show what someone does. It can tell their story, reflect their values and help the right people feel an instant connection before they’ve even picked up the phone.

What did Lauren have to say?

“Georgina is an absolutely wonderful photographer. In addition to her technical skill, she is a delight to work with. She made us feel totally at ease and was a real pro in guiding us through the process so that she could capture exactly the moments and images we wanted. I shared my thoughts with Georgina about the style I liked, and she produced exactly what I was looking for. A really great experience – thank you!”
